Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Niera Facility Services's cleaning services. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Niera Facility Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Melbourne Metro, Tarneit & Greater VIC. All prices are quoted inclusive of GST.

2. Bookings & Payment

Quotes provided online are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed before service commencement.
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept EFT, credit card, and bank transfer.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: no charge.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: full service fee may apply.

4. Bond-Back Guarantee

For end-of-lease cleaning services, we offer a 72-hour free re-clean guarantee. If your property manager or real estate agent identifies any cleaning issues directly attributable to our work, we will return to rectify them at no additional cost, subject to:

The property remaining vacant and unoccupied
The re-clean request being made within 72 hours of the original service
The claim being supported by a written inspection report from the agent

5. Liability

We carry $20,000,000 public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items of exceptional value not disclosed at time of booking.

6. Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Access instructions must be provided in advance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of NSW.
